Hosting / operator notes

Pull and build the latest commit, then on the machine that runs npm run start set the Postgres URL in either site/.env.production as NEWS_DATABASE_URL=…, or systemd Environment= / EnvironmentFile=, or create site/.news_database_url with one line (same URL as the RSS worker DATABASE_URL). Restart the site. Needs tables raw_articles and rss_sources.
